When power on – brake off, the response time are between 1.6ms. to 9.8ms. Respectively to our manufactured range.

Normally DC line brakes’ response time are ranging between 50ms to 500ms. Respectively per our manufactured capacities.

Allowed motor start spinning and the brake also completely released. As such, no heat dissipated due to brake holding or grinding between brake lining and friction disc like that of DC slow increasing of magnetic flux.

Power source directly from separated, independent contactor, it is simple and trouble free. Please refer to wiring diagram.

The power-on wearing of brake lining and friction disc is almost none, then the life span of brake is longer.

No diodes and rectifiers needed for FRAC motor brake, less in trouble shootings.

For applications requiring many stops and starts and exact positioning, three-phase AC brakes are the better choice over DC brakes.

Three-phase brakes operate reliably for more than 10,000 cycles/hour, it is the best to suit the hoist inch-movement application once in a while.

When power on, it takes only 1.6ms to actuate brake air gape up to 0.05mm, when motor shaft start spinning will have no brake holding happened.

When power off, it take only 3ms to have full stop torque, due to AC Reverse Electromotive Force(REMF) make no residual magnetic flux existing long.
